Hogan Homes and Pacific Union Financial have partnered to offer a $0-down home loan program—now available to anyone’s owned or rented property that is declared uninhabitable due to Hurricane Harvey.

The home property must be the primary residence and within the PDMDA (Presidentially Declared Major Disaster Area) counties declared on August 25, 2017 as follows:

Home Loan Program Qualifications

  • Applicable to the primary residence only
  • Available to disaster victims whose previous owned or rented residence was destroyed or damaged to such an extent that replacement is necessary
  • New mortgage may exclude current mortgage/rent liabilities due to primary residence located in a PDMDA
  • Minimum credit score 580
