Disclaimer

• You must be a licensed Texas Real Estate Agent and/or Broker.
• You must accompany the buyer in person to the builder’s job site, or offices on the first visit. Proper introductions, design preferences, pricing, lending, lifestyle requirements, relocation and any other information pertinent to the client’s situation are to be disclosed to the builder prior to or during this appointment so client may be served professionally.
• No registration will be allowed if the buyer has already visited and registered with the builder previously.
• No telephone registrations will be binding.
• Builder agrees to keep realtor informed as to the status of the working relationship between buyer and builder at all times.
• Hogan Homes will pay commissions earned immediately after funding unless previous arrangements are made.
• Realtor and builder agree that if no contract has been executed, that this registration expires after 60 days from above date unless this registration has been renewed by Realtor with builder.
• In the case that the buyer is referred by two different realtors/companies, we will pay the realtor designated by the buyer at the time the purchase agreement is signed. No split fees will be paid.
