This video will walk you through the steps of what you’ll need to get approved for a home loan—and how to prepare.
Video 3: Simplifying the Contract Process
We’ll go over what happens when you’re ready to purchase or build,
the signing of contracts and next steps.
Video 4: Selecting Finish Colors and Customization
The fun part! Here you pick out your home’s finishes, details
and appliances—the things that make it ‘yours’.
Video 5: Pre-Construction Meeting
See what happens during our meeting to go over the final plans,
before we start construction on your new home.
Video 6: Walk the Frame
This is the final step to walk the frame of the house and get a feel
for the layout, before we start the sheetrock.

Yay! You can now walk through the finished home,
the final review before closing day.
